By using ContratoClean you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language.
What ContratoClean is
Software for cleaning-business owners: a bid calculator, a proposal builder, and, for members, a weekly list of new businesses and follow-up tools.
The free tools
Prices are planning estimates based on the numbers you enter. Adjust them to your market. Proposals are built from templates: review them before sending. They are not legal, accounting, or insurance advice.
Your responsibility
You decide what to charge, what to offer, and what to sign. You are responsible for making sure your proposal is accurate, for example when it says you are insured.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee contracts, clients, or income.
Founding membership
The first month is $49, then $79 a month, billed by Stripe until you cancel. You can also pay $599 for one year. Access starts October 20, 2026. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation applies from the next billing date. See also the refund policy.
Public data
The new-business list comes from public government records and may contain errors or gaps. Use it respectfully: no spam, no unsolicited calls or text messages. You must follow laws such as CAN-SPAM and the TCPA.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for anything illegal, to send spam, or to try to harm the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to members, we will tell you by email.
