Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email, only if you choose to give it to us.
• Your answers in the tool: how many commercial accounts you have, the calculator inputs, and the proposal details (for example, your company name and the client’s name).
• Visit data: which ad or link brought you (UTM parameters), whether you came from a Meta ad (yes or no only), the referring page, your browser, and a random session ID.

The phone number you type into a proposal is only used to build the proposal. We do not call you or send you text messages.

How we use it

To show your results, email you your proposal and occasional tips (if you asked), tell you when ContratoClean opens, and understand which parts of the site work best.

Meta Pixel

When it is turned on, we use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to measure our ads. It records page visits and actions such as finishing the calculator, leaving your email, or opening the checkout page. Meta may use cookies. You can limit this in your Meta ad settings and in your browser.

Where it is stored

In a Cloudflare database (D1) that only we manage. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with franchises or other cleaning companies.

Public business data

The radar uses public government records, such as Texas sales-tax permits. On the public site we show only the business type, the street without a number, and the date.

Deleting your data

Email hola@contratoclean.com from the address you gave us and we will delete your data within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe from any of our emails.

Children

ContratoClean is for business owners. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date on this page.
