Refunds and pre-orders

We want you to pay only if it helps. Here is how refunds work for the founding membership.
What you buy
The ContratoClean founding membership: $49 for the first month, then $79 a month, or $599 for one year. Access starts October 20, 2026.
If you pay before it starts
If you pay before October 20, 2026 and change your mind before that date, we refund 100%.
14-day guarantee
If it does not help you in the first 14 days of access, email us and we will refund what you paid, no hassle. This also applies to the annual plan.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime, with no fees. After the first 14 days, canceling stops future charges; we do not refund months already used or parts of the annual plan.
If something changes
If we cannot start on October 20, 2026, we will tell you by email and you can ask for a full refund.
How to ask for a refund
Email hola@contratoclean.com from the address you used to pay. Refunds go back to the same card through Stripe and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.
